Khawla Academy website
A website dedicated to Khawla Academy, a French language teaching institution.
Project Overview
When the founder of Khawla Academy contacted me, she had an ambitious goal: to teach French online to the world with complete flexibility. I designed and developed a comprehensive website in three languages (Arabic, French, and English), combining the warmth of a learning environment with the rigor of modern user experience (UI/UX) standards. The result? A platform that makes the professional and passionate learner feel right at home with just one click (and without needing a user manual).
Behind the Scenes: Services porvided
Leaving aside the philosophy, here's how I engineered the platform and visually achieved the goal:
Thoughtful visual choices: Attractive interface designs and multiple versions are presented to the client to choose the one best suited to their audience.
Sustainable architecture: The WordPress platform serves as a robust, flexible, and future-proof foundation.
Smooth browsing experience (UI/UX): Content structured and fully compatible with all screen sizes. (Because nobody likes pinching to read a line with two fingers.)
Multilingual website: The site is seamlessly available in three major languages to eliminate geographical barriers.
Knowledge assessment system: An interactive placement test is developed and sends results instantly to the student’s email (so we know exactly where they stand before they begin).
Centralized management (all in one): A unified dashboard consolidates registration and booking forms, saving the administration hours of clutter.
Smart integration and analytics: The platform is integrated with social networks and advanced analytics tools to accurately track data traffic.
The result I am proud of
In the business world, impressions are good, but numbers are better. After launching the platform, the conversion rate of visitors to registered students jumped by 42% within two months thanks to the smooth placement test and user-friendly interface.
Even better? Automation and a single dashboard reduced wasted administrative time in scheduling by 60%. In short: the academy now operates efficiently in more than 15 countries, and I saved them a lot of digital headaches.
